Emily Reifsnyder - Photographer

Emily specializes in fine art self-portraiture & practices photojournalism full-time out of York, PA.

I began practicing photography professionally during my time at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as a Photography & Videography major, while also minoring in Literature and Art History & Visual Culture.

Having since graduated, I am now currently employed as a photojournalist, wherein I work alongside my fellow reporters to bring our viewers the latest news and updates about their community.

As a freelance photographer, I've worked with numerous individuals to shoot a variety of images, including but not limited to senior photos, headshots, weddings, brew day event coverage, real estate photos, family portraits, engagements, etc.

In my own time, I've come to love creating more abstract or experimental images, especially when it comes to self-portraiture. In terms of images I've taken of others, my favorites will always be the photos I've had the pleasure of capturing at the PALS summer camps and those I've captured of my family and our hop yard at GEMS Farm.
